Picasso - Mayor Pro Tem
Mayor pro tem Picasso is delighted to be the runner up. He noted that should he be called upon to fill any mayoral duties, he will advocate for dog parks, permit off-leash control at all parks, support greater public acceptance of drool and require fresh water bowls at the doors of all local businesses. Picasso concluded with, “woof.”
